What is your shipping Policy?
My open edition pieces will be professional shipped to the address that you provide. If you order a Limited Edition series, I will be personally preparing that order, adding signature, marking it with edition number and including a Certificate of Authenticity. I will ship FedEx to the address that you provide. If you are local in the Denver area, I am more than happy to have you pick up at my studio or meet you at a coffee shop.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
My work has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please email me right away and we can resolve the issue. If the shipping container is damaged during shipping, please refuse. If you want to inspect it first, no big deal. If it is damaged, Just take a picture of the box, and the damaged area of the piece and email those to me. I will have a new piece shipped out to you asap!

The best way to keep up with my new work is to sign up for my newsletter. When I have a new series or new work available, I will use that platform to let my clients know. Don't worry, I will not be emailing you every time I capture a great iPhone shot!
